Carrody Miller, a lifelong resident of Lee's Summit, embarked on her nursing journey in 2003. With a background in Emergency Nursing and a specialization in forensics spanning over 15 years, Carrody transitioned her focus to Medical Aesthetic Nursing. Since 2018, she has been an integral part of the team at Advanced Aesthetics Center. A proud member of the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics (AAFE) and the American Med Spa Association (AMSPA), Carrody is dedicated to assisting her clients in realizing their aesthetic aspirations. Known for her gentle and conservative approach that yields natural-looking results, she is committed to achieving client satisfaction.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Carrody finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, Paul, and their two children, Weston and Maely. Her interests include traveling, shopping, attending concerts, exploring makeup trends, decorating, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.

Tracy Caley is a dedicated professional with over 2 years of experience at AAC. She thrives in collaborating with a team of skilled individuals committed to providing exceptional results for clients, creating a “feel right at home” atmosphere within the workplace. Tracy's passion lies in making people feel special and bringing smiles to their faces with her incredible sense of humor. 

With incredible attention to detail, Tracy takes pride in ensuring that every client’s experience is perfect. She has even developed a special method for drying bedding sheets at AAC to make them smell extra special, believing in the importance of creating a cozy and welcoming environment for guests.

Tracy serves as the go-to person for tours of AAC and specializes in operating the Observ 520x skin analysis tool. This cutting-edge tool allows our team to analyze skin conditions thoroughly, enabling us to diagnose issues accurately and plan the most effective treatment plans to help our clients achieve their desired results.

In addition to her role in daily operations, Tracy also assists all injectors at AAC, showcasing her versatility and dedication to providing top-notch service across various aspects of the business. Tracy Caley is a key asset to the AAC team, consistently going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service every single time you visit us.

Kelli Downey comes to AAC with a degree in Restaurant Management, Kelli took a unique path to her current role as a patient care coordinator, bringing a fresh perspective to the healthcare industry.

Having spent 8 months with AAC, Kelli has quickly established herself as a valuable team member, combining her expertise in customer service with her passion for helping others.

Outside of work, Kelli finds joy in cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and staying active with Pilates sessions. These hobbies reflect her creativity and dedication to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Kelli is driven by the positive impact she sees in clients as they experience transformations in their skin, gain self-confidence, and prioritize self-care. Her favorite part of the job is witnessing the journey of self-improvement and empowerment in each individual.

A firm believer in aging gracefully, Kelli lives by the motto: “Your skin ages with time, but who said it can’t age gracefully!” This philosophy resonates with her personal values of embracing change and growth while staying true to oneself.
